Yesterday I began tracking again. My goal for now is one week. Hoping for 30 days but shorter goal is better for now. The GF brownies my husband finished last night...which is good for me! I dont like the blue corn tortilla chips, so not tempted for those. Cooked brown jasmine rice this a.m. Plan to have beans & rice for lunch maybe in the cassava taco shells, which I really like.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
