Been 3 years since my last Fatsecret weigh in.
So much been happening in my life and I have not had the motivation to continue heathier eating. I am hoping that returning to this site that it will help motivate me to slowly and heathily lost some of my excess weight and return to a more active life.

164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks for the feedback GibJig and prao65. Forgotten how to navigate the site. Doing my weigh in tomorrow(Sunday). Only started on tuesday but fingers crossed I have at least not put on .
