Well that went better than expected. Thanksgiving! I did all the cooking so I wanted to sample all my wares, and I did, for several days. Only one, almost more, major overages on the diet calender. I did have my first negative on the diet calendar as well. back to the grind and regular good habits again. I may still get to the next goal by Christmas.
