Slowly starting to get into it it will be a long journey, need to start kicking bad habits one by one. I am starting with getting enough sleep, I am also not going to restock on ice-cream, muffins and other non-wholesome foods.I guess the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
325.8 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
