Started lo-carbing Saturday night, officially staring the fast 800 today. I have the feeling this is going to be brutal, but hopefully also effective...
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fasting is always a bit brutal in the beginning. However, you'll begin to get used to it. The key is to eat sustainable foods during your window of eating. Oh and drink lots and lots of water. 😊 You got this, good luck! 😁💪🏽

I fasted for 6 days with only liquids such as extra virgin olive oil for some fats, black elderberry concentrate for potassium and other vitamins. black cherry concentrate, blueberry concentrate, fresh squeezed lemon juice all mixed into water. all my concentrates are dynamic health products. You can do this
