Hi Louise... When I experience that, I felt that maybe that's the best my body can go. Specially that I'm no longer a teen ager. Then I realized that my body is just adjusting to its new metabolism level. Which means after this, if you do better all the more you are going to loose. And people are going to be surprised! Good news! WooohoO! You can do this.

It's normal and it happens to almost all of us on the weight loss journey. Gains too! It could be something as simple as too much sodium the night before, inhibiting weight loss (or one of many other factors). Google "why the scale lies" for water weight insight. Stick with it! Your doing great.
