I'm not surprised by the small gain. It is probably water as I have eaten way more sodium this week. I also lost some strength: attested to by the way I was struggling this morning through chest, shoulders and triceps. I could barely do some of the tricep exercises, even with reduced weight. Was this a result of eating improperly, my "recovery week", going back to the beginning of Lean program where the exercises are not as intense and losing some ground, or a combination of the three? Well, I've switched to Classic (2nd phase) for the remainder of my 90 days.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
