Low on exercise due to back pain and migraines.
248.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week

try doing some light yoga,works wonders as you breath deeper helping with the pain & the stretching will help strengthen your back
