I am so fed up of seeing this number, tomorrow, please
244.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1316 kcal Fat: 99.44g | Prot: 79.70g | Carb: 25.48g.   Breakfast: whipping cream, pork sausages, butter, cheddar chesse, eggs. Lunch:  kirkland balsomic vinegar, kraft cheddar cheese meduim. Dinner: hellmans mayo, atkins bars peanut butter, roasted chicken with skin. Snacks/Other: cherry tomatoes, peppers, fresh express, cucumber, tomatoes. more...
