* No More French Fries *

Going to Mcdonalds and the famous Jollibee in the Philippines, plus all the french fries kiosks everywhere made it a comfort. Its also like an automatic pair you get with every order.

Since I decided on weight loss, O have stayed away. Completely.

And victoriously last friday, when I was with friends and was served this platter of fries I said no. I took two pieces just to taste but I didn't miss the taste at all.

I am so happy!
110.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I had to change my diet in 2008 because my husband was diagnosed with congestive heart failure I thought I just could not live without salt. So for 3 years we ate low or no salt. He passed away Oct. 2011 and I still eat very little salt. I had a hot dog a couple months ago and it was sooo salty. I can't believe I used to eat them all the time. I still have to have salt on my pop-corn though. So my husband helped me to stop a really bad habit. I use to salt everything even before I tasted it. It is really awful some of the bad eating habits we get into. I tell everyone that I am corresponding with someone in the Philippines. When I was in school probably around 12 or 13 years old I had a pen pal in Germany. I wish now I had not lost touch. I really like talking to you.
