My challenge on Jump Rope was a success! I didn't expect that much response with the members of fatsecret but we we're a total of 154. I met a lot of people who are motivators. and it felt great.
In 4 days, the other challenge "DESPICABLE SWIMMER" will start. And though there are less people, I'm equally motivated and excited.
I now have higher motivation. For this week, I only did light exercises. So I hope I can keep up with my motivation.
I will not be sorry for myself. And I hope you do too.
