Ventured down the basement and weighed in w/ no boot. Bathroom scale said I gained 4 lbs which i know is impossible. Its a digital scale- who knows. Later I'm gong to take the boot off and weigh it by itself. New day - new week. At least from here on in the weigh-ins will be accurate :) Looking forward to a good week!
