loseing slow.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Any weight loss towards your goal is a reason to celebrate. Your chart looks like you are consistenly losing weight. I'm guessing the slight increase was during the holidays and that is expected. You are making a lifestyle change that will continue to help you towards reaching your goal. You don't want dramatic losses that suddenly turn back into dramatic gains. Keep up the great work!
