Quarantine, week 22.... No change this past week. At least I didn't gain. Still unable to exercise, due to knee issues.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1772 kcal Fat: 97.20g | Prot: 88.08g | Carb: 95.42g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries,  Strawberries,  Fried Egg,  Coffee, Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon. Lunch: Best Foods Real Mayonnaise,  Onions ,  Celery ,  Granny Smith Apples, Season Brand Skinless & Boneless Sardines in 100% Olive Oil, Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots,  Lettuce. Dinner: Skyy Vodka,  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala, Kirkland Signature Tilapia Loins. Snacks/Other: Galbani String Cheese, Kirkland Signature Organic Walnuts, Kirkland Signature Mixed Nuts. more...
