1431 kcal Fat: 84.07g | Prot: 81.20g | Carb: 54.08g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Whole Milk) , Trader Joe's Italian Sausage-Less Sausage,  Spinach ,  Green Peppers ,  Aged Asiago Cheese,  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) . Lunch:  Snow or Sugar Snap Peas , Whole Foods Market Organic Andouille Chicken Sausage. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten),  Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking),  White Table Wine. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Roasted & Salted Peanuts (50% Less Salt), Lily's Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips, Bacardi Superior Rum,  almond crackers,  Apples . more...
