Massive insulin load yesterday. totally surprised that there was any drop. I was expecting a gain. I am paying for my weekend indulgences. No regrets but damn. It would be nice if didn't lose a whole damn week😂😂😂
247.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
