Today is day 3 of starting over. Not in Ketosis just yet, but I am losing weight so I am not too worried about it. I swam this morning at the gym. I really enjoyed it and it seemed to be an all over workout. I go to my doctor in a few weeks and I can't wait to show her how much weight I have lost. It's so hard to find the willpower to go to the gym at 5 am. Having a friend to work out with really helps because I know if I don't go I will be letting her down. Find a gym buddy. :)

it helps to have a buddy but without one just make some there! You are doing brilliant. We all fail at times but they say you don't fail till you fail to try!!
