Day 3 of really being serious. Fasting is going well. Feeling great. Eating about 800 calories a day. Not feeling deprived just anxious. Taking some Vitamin B-12 to help with anxiety. Need to move more and get some exercise.
243.8 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 123.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
