Kind of a surprise reading this morning as I weighed 142.2 the day before. I weigh myself each morning and my scale is in 0.2 pound increments. For most of the previous week I had been running 141 pounds each day give or take a few 10ths. I understand the increase to 142.2 the day before as I had a rather large dinner and large evening snack previously and it hadn't passed through me yet, but I expected to weigh 141 this morning. Usually an difference in weight from day to day is about half a pound or less. I had a busy day yesterday, but I guess I burned off more than I thought.
