Huge drop this week! A lot more than the 2 lbs I was shooting for. I'm looking forward to next week and hope to still be headed in the same direction 😊
209.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
