It was going good for me BUT then really fell apart on Saturday. I don't know why I was so hungry, then acted on it. Yesterday, I was better but far from perfect. Anyhow I'm glad I'm down. Usually my weekend totally erases my hard week during the week. Let's see how this week goes. I must get more in control since those Holiday Season celebrations will be starting very soon.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like the last two weigh-ins, good job! Try to break under 165 which seems to be the resistance for you at this point, that will make things easier. I hope things are going well for you M.
