Visited my Son & Daughter IL and celebrated my 5th grandchild's 1st birthday. Too much food and drink. Time to get back on the wagon.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2945 kcal Fat: 179.60g | Prot: 116.60g | Carb: 249.32g.   Breakfast: Great Value Whole Milk, General Mills Multi Grain Cheerios, International Delight Amaretto Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Wholly Guacamole Classic Guacamole Minis, Nickles Enriched White Bread, Kraft Singles White American Cheese Slices, Season Brand Sardines in Water (No Salt Added). Dinner:  Green String Beans,  Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots,  Texas Toast, Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with Beef or Meat. Snacks/Other: Mauna Loa Dry Roasted Macadamias, Think High Protein Bar Lemon Delight . more...
