Weight going up- not surprised really. Last night I was given veg samosas while doing my allotment! Then there was the benefit for Verity on Saturday- copious amounts of cider drunk by yours truly. Not going out until Friday, I will try to be good until then.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
