5-2 day. 126 fasting blood sugar this morning. Beer and pizza at ZooFest over the weekend. Poor diet and drinks at golf course. Be diligent!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
