Officially changing my goal weight now. I think I'm ready to be lighter still but start toning up. While toning I hope to just sculpt my body and change what fat is left into muscle. I would love to wear a bikini at the beach in 2011!!! But I can't until the belly is completely gone. Persistence and patience is still MINE! I got this!
131.4 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
