Hey D if u don't mind me asking what's your intake vs output and how much protein do u eat. Just curious.

Intake is about 3k over output lol. 165+ protein. But I'm going back to a 500-1000k deficit starting today.

Output is probably ~3300 and input should be ~2500-2800 from now.
