I was getting a little depressed considering I have been brisk walking with the dog everyday and no weight loss till today. 2 lb. Loss woo hoo. Perseverance pays off.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get depressed! If you are staying the course, trust that is HAS to pay off! Sometimes it doesn't happen when you think. I lost a bunch of weight a few days in a row, now it has stopped and it is my challenge to stay the course. Let's do this thing!
