So I started a Challenge called
Jump Rope Everyday for Weight-Lost (2 weeks)

And I didn't expect much attention until hey 43 people are now members and there's 6 more days to go.

Jumping Rope is a great combination to any exercise regimen or sport.

It develops Cardiovascular Muscles (Your heart!) so you don't tire easily, helps weight loss and is a full body work-out.

What I love most about it is that its cheap. Just need a jump rope baby.

So if you're part of the challenge. Please take it easy on yourself and
move your way up to 30 minutes a day. Today can be 5 minutes, next time 10 minutes. And so on.

If you haven't yet and you are sure that it is safe for you to do.
Coz some people may not be allowed ex for knee fractures. Please make sure that before you join the challenge that it is something than you
can do safely!

112.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have 2 partial knee replacements. So far I have lost 9.2 pounds. My daughter-in-law has been really supportive by email. They live in Omaha Nebraska with my 2 grandchildren Sam 8 and Nichole 4. My son just ask me if I would like to come out for a visit. He is paying for the airfare and setting it all up. I will be out there for Halloween and can see my grandchildren in their costumes before I get the pictures. My goal is to lose 20-30 pounds by that time.

Wow Louise! I'm so excited for you. Well you are gonna do just fine. Just keep on going. Do something that you love and when you're bored. Do something else. Like before I was into running now running seems like a task and I stopped for now, currently doing jump ropes. then if I loose interest probably something else. :) I dropped another 1 lb. so I clicked recalculate new caloric index in fat secret. So before it was 1,800 cal now its 1,500. I hope I can keep up. I'm thinking of shifting from white rice to brown rice.

When I feel like eating I have been going on to Facebook and playing a game called candy crush. I play and before I know it, it is time to go to bed. I also read a lot. I love time travel books that start out in the present time and someone gets transported back in time. I love to read about the 1800's and early 1900's
