I started the Clean by Alejandro Junger, M.D. by eliminating items that were on list as of November 1, 2010. I have started to feel better and I actually look forward to my shakes in the morning and evening. I'm still trying to dial in the one meal I have at lunch. But, things are going good.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
