I need to come back here every day because I need all the support I can get! I will relax into this if it's the last thing I do! I did lots of exercise and now my knees hurt....I just need to cut out my cookies and candy, my comfort foods....luv, mary
157.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes! Just keep coming back, and trying to do the right things - one of these days it's going to 'click' for you. Where are these cookies and candies coming from? Can you keep them out of the house? Or have someone hide them from you? Good luck!!!

I just sent you a buddy request. I see that you are a member of the "yellow paratrooper" squad. Your goal weight is about where my original goal weight was as my weight changed from 172 to 140. After reaching 140 I maintained at that level and then decided to push for 135. If I can do it - at a once-pear-shaped 5 feet 2 inches tall - so can you! Wanna be buddies?

You can do it!! Don't forget to come on here to get this great group motivation. Remember that everyone here is going through the same thing. We're all looking for the same kind of guidance. You will be at home! I've sat on here before for hours, not getting up until my motivation was returned. I rely completely on this site now. And it's a great self-therapy! And if your knees hurt, try slow walking until your pain goes away, so that you at least get some movement in!
