Ok. I finally figured it out. my protein was way too high. Kept it at 55g yesterday and I am still seeing movement. today is the first day of the hcg diet. probably don't even need to do it, now that I figured out the high protein levels were raising my insulin and killing my efforts.
250.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 115.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
