Parents 50th... struggling with working and 4 kids being home for summer... ice cream daily. PB m&ms my kryptonite.. really need some strength for my eating habits. I can't continue to live on caffeine and chocolate. I've been staying up way late - like 2 am cleaning or catching up on work. Need to simplify my life or find a better balance.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

When I get to my wits end with so many things going on, I make a list of everything I feel like I have to do. Once the list is made I look at it and decide how to prioritize everything, and if something can wait a day or so, then make it wait. I can't even imagine how busy you are working and 4 kids at home. Instead of ice cream make the kids smoothies, it will be good for all of you and they can choose what fruit they want and it is a good, icy treat. Good luck!!
