23.8 55.6 72.6 Fui al bano y baje 0.2lbs. peso super lento aunque me siento mas fit. ayer upper body and core y caminar 30 min. comida bastante bien. tenia hambre y buena meditation. horas larga de trabajo. hoy yoga. cintura 39 1/4".
