Happy the scale went back down today, hoping to see 249 tomorrow, can't wait, wohoooo. I am hitting things right on track, come on weight, go away...
ZGood upper body work out this am.. I am on track and my goal for this weekend, is to see 247 for monday am.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
