8st 8lbs again!! But beginning to feel fat again! I should feel happy because I am the lightest I have ever been and my body fat % is still decreasing. Oh well! Tried baked cauliflower last night with goats cheese and leek. Yummy! More for lunch. Hope I don't feel as tired. I can't seem to get enough sleep. Getting out of bed is becoming a real issue.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
