Weighed myself this morning, managed to put on lbs in a week!!!!! back to the food diary!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You may be lucky... It could be water weight... Fingers crossed. Although it is sensible to use the food diary again.
