1071 kcal Fat: 36.77g | Prot: 70.44g | Carb: 138.47g.   Breakfast: lemon, Total 0% Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt. Lunch: Instant Coffee with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener (Powdered Mix),  low fat salad dressing, tomato, lettuce, apple, sardines. Dinner: broccoli, olive oil, lamb, sweet potato, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, dream topping, Apples (Unsweetened, Frozen). Snacks/Other: milk, Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), apricots. more...
