This is weird. i was disappointed to see that i hadnt lost any weight... but i measured my waist and hips and ive lost an inch off them.

HUH!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Because you can lose fat and not see it on the scale. I had a friend go down 4 sizes and the scale didn't move for months.
