Have not be in to the program...kinda lost interest And I lost my pedometer...its all good...I gained two pounds because I have been eating mindlessly AND stopped working out. Everything needed a break. I was AWARE of all of this, I saw it coming, i am OK>=! But, it is time to get back on the "horse"...ye-ha!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
