Well proper weigh in today and it looks like I've done exactly no damage over Xmas. I am really happy about it, I can push on now for a couple of weeks and get myself down to 175lb before I see my wife again in Feb. The exercise is good, good trip to the gym today lifting weights and still a good work out calorie wise.
