This is the lowest I have been since last year! Hopefully I can keep it off. I am taking my goal in increments so I lose 5-10 lbs at a time. I eventually want to get down to 135-140 lbs maybe by the end of the year if I lose 2 lbs a week. Good luck with everyone’s goal.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
