Had a couple cheats yesterday, but ok today...
250.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1662 kcal Fat: 102.57g | Prot: 70.69g | Carb: 15.21g.   Breakfast: Bacon, cucumber, celery, onion, hellmans real mayonnaise, cheddar chesse. Lunch: cucumber. Dinner: hamburger patty, Big salad with 3 cups greens + 1 cup veggies.., hamburger patty. Snacks/Other: pepperoni, cheese, cheese, pepperoni. more...
losing 3.5 lb a week
