Yes, I have gained a little, but I have done pretty well for being off program for a whole month. The beginning of the year is he best time to get re-focused, and that is what I am here to do.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I too plan on refocusing for the new year. I am up by only a couple of pounds. It's best to get right back on the wagon before more damage is done. Let's go!!
