Same old. Worked so hard during the week trying to be good then fell apart on the weekend. What made it worse was Halloween. At least I stayed out of the treats until this weekend... so it could have been worse. Let's try again this week... Big birthday bash Friday & not sure if also Saturday/Sunday. I must do better.

These changes of life are killing me. I use to exercise hard so I could treat myself on the weekend. NOW I must PLUS eat good just to maintain. It is no fun!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Every day you can eat well is a victory. Take one day at the time, even one meal at the time. Holiday season is here and it's going to be challenging. But you can do it!! Make sure you eat enough calories, don't let yourself getting too hungry because it makes it more difficult to resist the tempting foods. Take care!

Hey you, enjoy yourself this weekend, just remember everything in moderation. and if you have an hour go for a walk or to yoga or something to balance the celebration! Life is all about balance. Im glad to hear you are back at yoga, it is so great. I cant wait to get into that hot room tomorrow morning. Great hearing from you!
