The holidays got to me! I gained a pound and a half, which isn't that bad but I've been eating terribly and not going to the gym. However, today is the day that all changes back to eating healthy, working out regularly, tracking calories, and logging into this site daily in order to keep myself on track!!
I hope everyone has a fantastic holiday season and is on the right track to achieving their goals.. whatever they may be. =)
