I have not been taking this seriously at all lately. I am totally eating tons of Halloween candy. I remember having a lot of false starts when I lost weight the first time and I think that is what I am doing now. It's scary because if you do this and really committ to it and it doesn't work, it's your fault. I keep having to remind myself that I have lost 60+ pounds and I should relax and just write everything down and start the exercise, but I'm scared. I don't know if I can do it. It actually wasn't hard the first time, just hard getting started. At least I haven't gained any weight. Having a baby really does throw off your weight loss, but my baby is almost 5 months old. I need to stop usuing pregnancy as an excuse and start getting motativated to change.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've got to get back on the ball too... I've been keeping my calories down for the most part, but not always eating the right foods. Things have been hectic too, so I haven't been exercising much because by the time I get home, I am so exhausted, I just want to sit down and vegetate until it is time for sleep...
