What am I doing differently? Its funny how eating less actually makes me feel better! Less junkfood, less fatty foods, less high carb entrees. Less. And MORE! More lean protein and veges with a few fruits to boot. Now lets see if I can keep this up. Hmmmm... my guess is up until Christmas...but its a start!
