Yuhooo! 🤩 my efforts were not in vain 💚
Yesterday had no appetite and just ate a hematogen bar and one banana & then just went for a walk around the city first time in half year 🙈 cannot believe it that I’m just working these days 😅
173.7 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
