Went out and ate three time this weekend.. ARGH. its so hard to NOT go out and eat with friends when they ask me to . i cant keep saying im on a diet... and when im out there are hardly any lowfat things to eat... and anyways.. who wants to go out and eat steamed food and pay so much for it!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi there ... do you ever suggest the restaurant when you go out with them? It's your body, after all ... you have a choice in terms of what you will put in it. And as far as paying for it ... I do understand that everyone has a budget that they need to work inside of. A friend said this to me today ... we 'pay for it' anyway, one way or another ... if we would pay to lose weight (in the form of gym membership, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, P90X, you name it), then why not use that money toward good food that helps keep our weight in check?

Hi Runnette, when i meant pay for it.. i meant, if i went to a restaurant and chose low fat, low carb options, i would get something that i might as well eat at home. Since thats something i would be trying to eat anyways. SO it doesnt feel good to pay so much for that at a restaurant.. you know what i mean?
