SO, I've lost another 1.5lbs and hoping by Monday I will be at 181 and at a 10lb loss for the month. Honestly, that is not bad considering that we are eating dinner out a couple times a week, I've had fast food, gone to a ladies tea and had gourmet ice cream twice.
My sister is on Medifast too - she is at 20lbs lost for the same month. SO, it shows if you can do the program 100% of the time, you can lose even more weight.
